This course is designed to offer you and your dog enriching fitness alternatives you can do from the comfort of your own home, with minimal space and equipment requirements. Exercise and fitness is just as important for dogs as it is for people. Unfortunately, most dog owners equate doggy fitness with hours of walking, or endless games of fetch, but these aren't always practical or possible. We'll teach you and your dog how to play fun fitness games to enhance your dogs proprioception, flexibility, stamina, and strength, starting at the basic foundation level and working up to more advanced stages.
