Whether you're dealing with reactivity, pessimism, resource guarding, separation related behaviors, noise sensitivity, abnormal repetitive behaviors, or multi-dog household issues, we'll dig deep to get to the root cause of the struggle and develop a tailored Game-Plan to reshape your dog's brain, transform their behavior and achieve real life results. Don't let anyone tell you there's no hope. At ATG, we never accept that your dog or your relationship is ever lost. IF YOU DON'T SEE AVAILABILITY ON OUR CALENDAR THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS, PLEASE CALL US DIRECTLY AND WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU! **Any client that books a 6 session private package will receive a complimentary consultation during session 1. If you decide to book a private package during your consultation, we will deduct your consultation fee from the cost of your package.**

Cancellation Policy

Class Rescheduling: For a missed class within a course, a missed session within a training package, or a missed Behavior Modification Consultation, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours prior, so we can arrange for you to catch-up on the missed training material prior to your next scheduled event. Course Rescheduling: To reschedule an entire course/private training package, we require at least 48 hours notice prior to the start date in order to reschedule you in the next available course or time slot, and your payment will be applied as credit towards the rescheduled training. If you request to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to the start date, a $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed.    Refund Policy: While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we understand that our positive, fun, effective training philosophy might not be for everyone. If you find we are not a good fit for you and your dog, and you wish to withdraw from a course or private package, your refund will be based on the following policy: 1. Full Refund:* You must notify us of your desire to withdraw at least seven days prior to the start of your first scheduled event and you must not have received a Behavior Modification Consultation. 2. Prorated Refund:* a. If notice to withdraw is received less than seven days prior to the start of your first scheduled event, you will be refunded a prorated amount based on the remaining classes less a $50 cancellation fee. b. Once you have attended at least one event, if notice to withdraw is received more than 48 hours prior to your next scheduled event, your refund will be prorated based on the number of remaining events. c. Once you have attended at least one event, if notice to withdraw is received less than 48 hours prior to your next scheduled event, your refund will be prorated based on the number of remaining events less a $50 cancellation fee. *Behavior Modification Consultation: If you received a complimentary Behavior Modification Consultation, a $100 consultation fee will be deducted from any refund that is due.  Please contact us directly if you are considering withdrawing from a course or private training package. We reserve the right to remove any dog/owner from any course/private training if we feel they are a safety risk to other dogs/owners. We will do our best to accommodate them in a different training environment; however, in the event they cannot be accommodated, and the dog/owner is completely withdrawn from the remaining events, they are subject to the refund policy above.
